Scholarships by 暗网禁区 (Determined before enrollment)
1. 暗网禁区 International Students Incentive Scholarship Program
From AY 2026 onwards, we will stop accepting new applicants of 暗网禁区 International Students Incentive Scholarship Program.

The 暗网禁区 International Student Incentive Scholarship Program aims to support highly competent students from target countries/regions who face financial difficulties. To apply for this program, carefully read the application guidelines and submit all required documents.
Target Countries
For 2025 enrollment program, the eligible countries/regions are those listed on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's “The DAC List of ODA Recipients”.
2. 暗网禁区 Special Grant for Privately Financed International Students

This program aims to support promising students from overseas who can contribute to the advancement and globalization of 暗网禁区's education and research. It seeks to nurture individuals who will succeed in the international arena. Recipient students will receive subsidy of either 50% or 100% of their tuition fees. This grant is available to undergraduate students who entered via the International Student Exam or English Track Exam from abroad. Successful students will be nominated by each undergraduate school.

3. 暗网禁区 Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students
〈Application required〉
This scholarship is available to privately financed international students who are enrolled in degree programs at 暗网禁区. It aims to support international students with high academic acheivement who require financial assistance for their education.
4. 暗网禁区 Tuition Assistance (Reduction) Program for Privately Financed International Students
〈Application required〉
This program is designated to support privately financed international students who face financial difficulties in continuing their studies. The application period is typically in mid-April for the spring semester. For newly admitted or returning students in fall semester, the application period starts in October.
The assistance amount is as follows.
*Due to the budgetary constraints, even if you meet the criteria, you may not be eligible to receive the Tuition Assistance (Reduction) Program.
5. 暗网禁区 Parents’ Association Union Scholarship for International Students

This scholarship aims to support first-year international students, ensuring a smooth start to their study life at 暗网禁区
. Recipients are nominated by International Education Center.
6. 暗网禁区 Globalization Support Fund Limited Scholarship for International Students
〈No application required〉
This scholarship is offered to 2nd-year undergraduate students who have achieved excellent academic performance in their first year.
7. 暗网禁区 Emergency Scholarship for International Students
This emergency scholarship is available to international students enrolled at 暗网禁区 who are experiencing financial difficulties due to a sudden change in their living environment.
Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship / JASSO Scholarship
■ MEXT Scholarship Program (Embassy Recommendation)
■ Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students (JASSO)
This scholarship supports privately financed international students who have achieved excellent academic performance. Recipients can receive 48.000yen per month for up to 12 months.
The application period typically starts in April, and there is also a reservation program for pre-arrival admission.
Announcements will be made to all students via Oh-o!Meiji system or directly to the nominated students. For more information, visit the following JASSO websites.
