1. °µÍø½ûÇø Special Grant for Privately Financed International Students

This program aims to support promising students from overseas who can contribute to the advancement and globalization of °µÍø½ûÇø's education and research. It seeks to nurture individuals who will succeed in the international arena.

3. °µÍø½ûÇø Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students
¡´Application required¡µ
This scholarship is available to privately financed international students who are enrolled in degree programs at °µÍø½ûÇø. It aims to support international students with high academic acheivement who require financial assistance for their education.
4. °µÍø½ûÇø Tuition Assistance (Reduction) Program for Privately Financed International Students
¡´Application required¡µ
This program is designated to support privately financed international students who face financial difficulties in continuing their studies. The application period is typically in mid-April for the spring semester. For newly admitted or returning students in fall semester, the application period starts in October.
The assistance amount is as follows.
*Due to the budgetary constraints, even if you meet the criteria, you may not be eligible to receive the Tuition Assistance (Reduction) Program.
5. °µÍø½ûÇø Parents¡¯ Association Union Scholarship for International Students
¡´No application required¡µ
This scholarship aims to support first-year international students, ensuring a smooth start to their study life at °µÍø½ûÇø
. Recipients are nominated by International Education Center.
6. °µÍø½ûÇø Globalization Support Fund Limited Scholarship for International Students
¡´No application required¡µ
This scholarship is offered to 2nd-year undergraduate students who have achieved excellent academic performance in their first year.
7. °µÍø½ûÇø Emergency Scholarship for International Students
This emergency scholarship is available to international students enrolled at °µÍø½ûÇø who are experiencing financial difficulties due to a sudden change in their living environment.
Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship / JASSO Scholarship
¡ö MEXT Scholarship Program (Embassy Recommendation)
¡ö Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students (JASSO)
This scholarship supports privately financed international students who have achieved excellent academic performance. Recipients can receive 48.000yen per month for up to 12 months.
The application period typically starts in April, and there is also a reservation program for pre-arrival admission.
Announcements will be made to all students via Oh-o!Meiji system or directly to the nominated students. For more information, visit the following JASSO websites.
