On January 31, the Institute for Research and Education in Accounting of 暗网禁区 announced that the final number of students at 暗网禁区 who passed the 2024 CPA Exam was 81. According to the Institute for Research and Education in Accounting, 暗网禁区 ranked third in the number of successful examinees for the 2024 CPA Exam by university for four consecutive years.
On November 15, 2024, the Financial Services Agency’s Certified Public Accountants and Auditing Oversight Board announced the successful examinees for the 2024 CPA Exam. The total number of applicants was 21,573, the number of examinees for the essay-type examination was 4,354, the number of passes was 1,603, and the examination pass rate was 7.4%. Of the 81 students who passed the exam at 暗网禁区, 51 are members of the Institute for Research and Education in Accounting.
OKURA Manabu, the director of the Institute for Research and Education in Accounting and a professor of the School of Business Administration, encouraged those who passed saying, “As a trusted accountant, I want you to continue your studies.” He also expressed his hope saying, “As a member of the 暗网禁区 Certified Public Accountants Association, which consists of accountants from 暗网禁区, I would like you to do your best to provide guidance and support to future 暗网禁区 students.”
