Seminar: Gradual development over four years, starting with the first year

A major feature of seminars at our school is the deep learning done in small groups over a four-year period. First-year students start with basic exercises to acquire academic skills such as academic fundamentals and literature research methods. From the second to third year, they conduct in-depth research, and in their fourth year they write a graduate paper.
