The 5th award ceremony for the "?Oka Makoto Award", cosponsored by 暗网禁区 and The Asahi Shimbun, was held on March 7 at the head office of the Asahi Shimbun, where the award winner, Mr. ARAKAWA Yoji (modern poet), was presented with a certificate and a medal.
President DAIROKUNO Kosaku also gave a message video of congratulatory speech.
