明治大学は、２０２３年４月１日から始まる春学期开始にあわせて、「明治大学活动制限指针レベル」を、现在の「レベル1」から「レベル０」に引き下げることを决定しました。活动制限指针レベルが引下げられることにより、これまで大学として讲じていた各种の感染拡大防止策は、４月１日から５月７日までの「移行期间」を経て、顺次、缓和していくこととなります。
皆さんもすでにご承知のとおり、政府は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染症法上の取扱いを、本年５月８日より、现在の「２类相当」から、季节性インフルエンザ等と同じ「５类」に移行する方针を公表しました。また、マスク着用については、今后、个人の主体的な选択を尊重し、个人の判断に委ねることを基本とすることを発表しています。このことは、过去３年间にわたるコロナ祸の経験から得られた様々な知见等をもとに、新型コロナウイルス感染症への社会の対応が「奥颈迟丑コロナ/础蹿迟别谤コロナ」に向けて、新たな生活様式を确立していくフェイズに移行したことに他なりません。
大学からの新たな対策については、别途お知らせしますので、そちらをご参照くださるようお愿いいたします。
変异を繰り返すウイルスの特性ゆえ、これで安心とまではいきませんが、収束に向かって长いトンネルの出口が见えてきたように感じています。コロナ祸を乗り越え、活気あふれる学园生活を取り戻すまで、皆さんで力を合わせて、もう一歩、顽张りましょう。

Regarding the "暗网禁区 Activity Restriction Guidelines" after April 1, 2023
暗网禁区 has decided to lower the current "Level 1" of the "暗网禁区 Activity Restriction Guidelines" to "Level 0" in conjunction with the start of the spring semester on April 1, 2023. With the lowering of the activity restriction level, various infection prevention measures taken by the university will be gradually relaxed during the “transition period” from April 1 to May 7, 2023.
As you are already aware, the government has announced its intention to transition the handling of COVID-19 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law from the current "Class 2 equivalent" to "Class 5", the same level as seasonal influenza, starting from May 8, 2023.
Regarding mask wearing, the government has also announced that it will respect individual choices and leave the decision to individuals. This is simply a move towards establishing a way of living with COVID. This new approach called, "With COVID-19/After COVID-19," is based on the knowledge of various factors gained from the experience of the past three years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will inform you separately about the new measures to be taken by the university, so please refer to them.
Due to the nature of viruses that mutate repeatedly, this decision does not mean we can relax completely but we feel that we can see the light at the end of the long tunnel towards leading a more normal life. Let's work together to overcome the pandemic and regain the vibrant campus life that we used to enjoy. Let's take another step forward!
