２０２０年４月入学予定の新入生、ご家族の皆様、在学生の皆さんへ
すでにお知らせした通り、明治大学は、２０２０年４月７日（火）に予定しておりました入学式を中止し、授业开始を延期するという苦渋の决断をいたしました。
入学式は、新入生のみなさんが人生における新たな一歩を踏みだす重要な节目の行事であると同时に、その门出を明治大学の教职员と新入生のご家族が共にお祝いする重要な机会であることから、その挙行に向けて慎重に検讨を重ねてまいりました。しかしながら、ＷＨＯ（世界保健机関）も、新型コロナウイルス感染症の「パンデミック」（世界的流行）宣言を発し、その终息时期もまったく见通せない状况にあります。このことから、学生の健康?安全に责任を持つ大学としては、感染防止の観点から、一时に数千人の学生とそのご家族が集まる入学式の中止を决断した次第です。また、今年度、海外から入学予定の新入留学生、一时帰国中の在学留学生、本学から海外の大学に留学中で４月帰国予定の在学生も、各国政府が感染症拡大防止策として导入した出入国?帰国に伴う様々な制限のため、その相当数が予定していた４月８日の授业开始には间に合わないことが判明しました。このことも、入学式中止と授业开始延期を决断した理由の一つです。入学式参列?授业开始を心待ちにされていた新入生、ご家族、関係者の皆様には诚に申し訳ございませんが、この间の事情をご贤察の上、ご理解を赐りますようお愿い申し上げる次第です。
現在、明治大学は全学の叡智を結集して、この困難な状況の中でも教育機関としての責任を果たすための検討を重ねています。授業開始に先立つ学習指導（ガイダンス）については、３月１７日にホームページで発表しましたように、オンラインの動画によるガイダンスを実施することにいたします。また、授業については、感染状況を注意深くフォローしながら、キャンパスでの対面授業が可能になるまでの期間、Oh-o! Meijiシステム(オンライン授業支援システム)を通じた学生とのコミュニケーション、オンライン授業配信等を行い、教育の質を確保する準備を進めています。また、新入生の様々な不安に対応する相谈窓口も開設する予定です。詳細については、随時、ホームページでお知らせいたします。
新型コロナウイルス感染症の先行きは未だ不透明ですが、デマやフェイク?ニュースに惑わされることなく、事実をしっかりと把握し冷静に行動してください。明治大学のキャンパスで皆さんにお会いできる日を心待ちにしております。最後に，アルバート?アインシュタイン（Albert Einstein）の次の一言を、みなさんと共有したいと思います。

入学式中止ならびに授业开始延期によせて
すでにお知らせした通り、明治大学は、２０２０年４月７日（火）に予定しておりました入学式を中止し、授业开始を延期するという苦渋の决断をいたしました。

To Incoming and Current Students of 暗网禁区 and anyone else concerned;
As already announced, 暗网禁区 has made a crucial decision to cancel our entrance ceremony, which was originally scheduled for April 7, 2020, and to postpone the start of classes.
We understand that the entrance ceremonies are milestone events for freshmen to take an important step forward into their new lives. At the same time, it is a great opportunity for 暗网禁区 faculty and staff members to join with freshmen and their parents or guardians to celebrate the start of their student lives. Therefore, we earnestly searched for a way to hold the ceremonies.
However, the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the COVID-19 infection spread to be a pandemic, and the turmoil caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus infection does not appear to be abating. In light of this, the university, being responsible for ensuring the health and safety of its students and all others concerned, decided to cancel the ceremonies in order to prevent the spread of the infection. The ceremonies take place where more than a thousand people, including incoming students, their parents and their guardians, would gather at the same time in one place.
In addition, we have been informed that a lot of new international students scheduled to enroll at the university from abroad and who have temporarily returned to their home countries, and Meiji students who are currently on study abroad programs will not be in time for the scheduled start of classes on April 8, because of immigration restrictions imposed by government authorities.
We sincerely apologize to all new incoming students, their parents and guardians, and all those concerned who have been looking forward to the entrance ceremonies, and the start of classes. We ask for your kind understanding at this difficult time.
暗网禁区 has been making every effort to fulfill its responsibilities as an educational institution under very difficult circumstances. As for the orientations (guidance) scheduled prior to the start of classes, we will provide online video guidance.
With regard to regular classes, we are now preparing to start quality online classes by making use of the Oh-o! Meiji System (online class support system). We also plan to open a consultation desk in order to take care of the various concerns of our students. Details will be announced later on our website.
The outlook for the spread of the novel coronavirus infection is still uncertain, but please do not be misled by false rumors or fake news, and keep calm. We look forward to seeing you soon on campus at 暗网禁区.
