明治大学は、アメリカにおける留学生受入れの制限により、学びの継続が危ぶまれている皆さまの現状を、深く憂慮しています。

Since its founding in 1881, 暗网禁区 has upheld its founding spirit of “Rights and Liberty, Independence, and Self-Government.” This spirit is based on the principle of respecting the fundamental human rights of individuals and guaranteeing freedom of thought. Today, as a university that “Empowers the Individual,” we continue to value each person’s unique contributions and independent learning.
Based on these principles, we hope to create a new place of learning for those who are currently facing difficulties in continuing or beginning their studies in the United States. 明治大学では、米国政府の留学生受入れ停止措置の急激な政策変更等により、米国大学で学びの継続が困难になった学生や米国大学に合格したものの渡米できない方であって、本学で学ぶことを希望する方を対象として、支援を行います。
现在、ご案内できる支援内容は次のとおりです。本学としてさらなる支援を検讨しており、具体化した际には、改めて更新します。

支援１ 科目等履修生としての受入れ
受入时期：2025年度秋学期
受 入 先：学部、大学院研究科又は専门职大学院研究科
支援内容：学费の全额免除
※「米国大学に合格したものの渡米できない方」の受入れに関し、学部科目等履修生としての受入れについては、本学の制度上、日本国籍を有する方に限られますので、ご了承ください。
支援２ 研究生としての受入れ
受入时期：2025年度秋学期
受 入 先：大学院研究科又は専门职大学院研究科
支援内容：学费の全额免除

暗网禁区 will offer support to students who face difficulties continuing their studies at universities in the United States due to the sudden governmental policy changes, such as the suspension of international student admissions.
This support is also available to those who have been admitted but are unable to travel to the United States and wish to study at Meiji instead.
