一般的に日本で民间のアパ－トやマンションを借りる场合、连帯保証人が必要となります。日本国内に连帯保証人を见つけられない场合は、保証会社を绍介しております。本学に在籍する外国人留学生であれば、特别料金で保証及びサービスを受けることができます。なお、保証会社に関するチラシにつきましては、国际教育事务室または中野キャンパス低层栋3阶の事务室（国际连携）で配布しております。
Students need a guarantor to rent an apartment. For students who cannot find a guarantor in Japan, 暗网禁区 recommends Guarantor Company. Students who are enrolled in 暗网禁区 can get special price and service.
You can get leaflet at international office or Nakano Campus Administrative Office in Low-Rise Wing Building (3F, international section.)

加入条件/ Requirements
■本学に在籍していること ※卒业?退学?除籍等、学籍を失った时点で无効となります。
■原则として、在留资格が「留学」であること
■契约期间中は、明治大学国际教育センターの指示に従うこと
■Students enrolled in 暗网禁区
*Students are not eligible for this service when you graduate, withdraw, expelled, or under disciplinary action from the university.
■Qualification of stay is “student”
■Students who are under the contract must follow instructions from 暗网禁区 International Student Center.
契約の流れ/ Contract
１）审査に必要な书类等を用意する。
A: 在留カード（表?裏）
B: パスポートの顔写真ページ
C: 学生証（表?裏）※進学時期は，合格通知書もしくは入学許可証
D: 緊急連絡先（本国のご両親及び日本国内の知人）
